New Orleans!

Pictures from our trip to New Orleans, we had the best time!! We got to visit old plantations, go on ghost tours, went to Jazz Fest, I learned to play poker and even won a hand, ate so much cajun and jumbalaya we nearly burst and Zach learned to two step. We even saw Laurence Fishburne when we arrived (cowboy Curtis!) right when we got there which was a sign of good things to come ;)

Our buddies who went with us, Nat & Matt.

The four of us enjoying those famous hurricanes :)

Me getting creative after the fest and sneaking a shot of Tiger, I love this picture.

Another one of my favorites, I just liked the way the sun was setting and the crowd of people. A few days later when I was looking at this picture more closely I noticed the best thing about it...read the stop sign. I love it.

Our Hotel

One of our favorite nights, we went to this big old house in the French Quarter that had been turned into a B&B and we sat on the huge front porch that evening surrounded by beautfiful trees and the boys taught us to play poker. It was such a beautiful evening and Matt and Nat went to the hat store that day and bought special hats to wear just for our poker game. They looked straight from the forties, it was so much fun!

Tiger stealing everyone's chips...

Lovin' Natalie's hat

The plantation we visited, the oak trees in the front are 300 years old! It was such a beautiful place, do you recognize this house from the movie Interview with a Vampire? This is where it was filmed

Running in just before he got soaked, the garden on the side of the house was filled with dragonflies. It was like a dream, this place was beautiful...

View from upstairs patio

Haha! He was scared on the ghost tour

Check out all the orbs I caught!

Our new friend Joe D. Tiger was ecstatic because this guy is from a tv show on vh1 that he used to always watch. Joe was hilarious, it was definitly the highlight of his night meeting Joe in person, he couldn't stop talking about it :)
